Friends of the Earth's Forests Collective is meeting monthly again! 

Forest Collective is a space for new volunteers to actively join Friends of the Earth's forest campaign to protect, restore & build the climate resilience of Alpine landscapes & native forests across Victoria.  

The Forest Collective is meets regularly on the 2nd Friday of each month. However, due to a working bee out in the bush last Friday Aug 8, our August meeting will be online, this Friday August 15. 

At our August meeting we will: 

• Discuss a colourful mobilisation for biodiversity coming up later this year – we need your help to make a splash!
• Progress our campaign to protect snow gum woodlands from climate related threats like fire & die back, following our Snow Gum Summit. 
• Forest campaign update: we will spotlight the work of other grassroots groups on forests & an update you on some First Peoples' solidarity work you can get involved with. 
• Explore your interests & ideas as a new volunteer.
