The Strategy Collective exists to coordinate and develop FoEM’s broad political direction and general administrative framework.  It is the central decision making body of Friends of the Earth Melbourne 

The Strategy Collective is made up of financial members including all paid and unpaid workers of FoEM, campaign coordinators, active volunteer collective members and members of the elected committees who wish to participate, and meets once a month. 

All FoEM collectives are required to send a representative to our monthly Strategy Collective meetings, but we welcome and encourage more than one collective member to attend.

Our monthly agenda is broken into 3 key sections:
General business
Standing Items - membership and governance
A broad 'big picture' discussion, facilitated by Strategy Collective members.

Meetings are currently held in a hybrid format via zoom and in-person in the Yami Lester Room at Friends of the Earth Melbourne
