FoEM Forest Vollies Evening!

We are levelling up our Snow Gum Campaign and we need your help!

“If we fail to restore snow gum woodlands to health, the important lTegacy of Alpine landscapes to Australia’s identity could be lost forever,” said Cam Walker.

The Snow Gum Declaration was formed at our snow gum summit earlier this year in response to the ongoing decline of the Vic Alps.

We took this declaration and key asks to the Environment Minister and our concerns were met with skepticism and a lack of interest in our warning of this landscape being in a state of ecological collapse. To put it into context, we are talking about a mass bleaching event equal to that of the Great Barrier Reef.

The harsh reality is that Vic Alps is in a state of transition, and if we don't hurry up and take strong action and intervene to save this landscape, we will see snow gum forests collapse. And this is why so many people came to support our first Snow Gum Summit. But we aren't going to let the ignorance of politicians stop us!

So we need your help to now level up our campaign to urge for strong action!
