Better Buses - Why Are The Outer Suburbs Being Left Behind?

On today's show, Elyse Cunningham (Sustainable Cities) speaks with Graeme Blore.

Graeme is the convener of a community group in Cairnlea that has been campaigning on the lack of community services and public transport in their area. Graeme's community group is concerned about a new housing development in their area. The area has no PT provisions and a main road without a bus for 20 years.

How do public transport provisions relate to class, the government and the quality of life for those in Melbourne's outer suburbs? Listen in to find out more.
