Friends of the Earth Melbourne kicked off the first of our Summer Stalls at Stacks On Festival at CERES on Saturday 14 January. Over the summer, we’ll be visiting a number of festivals across Melbourne and surrounds to connect with new members and let people know about our new Act on Climate Campaign.
We had a fantastic day down at Stacks On, with FoE volunteers chatting to attendees as well getting them in on a game of our very own DIY Friends of the Earth Twister, and launching our new solar powered phone charging station! With the sun shining, and phones charging, we had some great conversations with the colourful attendees, letting people know what Friends of the Earth is all about and how they can help out with our climate campaign or by becoming an Active Friend of FoE.
The Stalls Program will be running throughout Summer, so keep your eyes peeled for us as you enjoy the weekend sun across Melbourne!
