In June 2022 the Victorian Government released the Victorian Gas Substitution Roadmap, which promised to define a pathway out of Victoria's heavy gas use. While groundbreaking in acknowledging many of the issues with fossil gas it falls short of committing Victoria to the deep cuts to our dependency on this climate polluting fossil fuel needed to reduce the impact of climate change.
So we wrote our own. And we're sharing it with our friends and allies the day before the public launch to give you a heads up and ask any questions about what it says and does.

- Sal Fisher is the coordinator of the Geelong Renewables not Gas campaign which has mobilised Geelong in an effective campaign against the Viva Gas Terminal
