It’s crunch time for better buses…
Right now, decisions are already being made about what will be funded in next year’s Victorian state budget. Next year will be our chance to finally get better buses in the budget, before the 2026 state election year, and who knows what is going to happen then!
We are all systems go right now, with a new parliamentary petition launched, a letter writing campaign targeting local MPs, and storytelling videos coming out regularly! Now is the perfect time for us to get our heads together, and make sure we are doing all we can to get better buses in the budget.
Join us on Saturday September 7th for a community strategy session in Williams Landing.
This event is for those in the state electorates of Tarneit, Werribee, Laverton, Point Cook, and Williamstown. If you don’t live in these areas don’t worry, we will be holding more sessions soon for other electorates in the West.
