National day of action against the radioactive waste dump

Join us on Monday 12th April 11am at Parliament House in Melbourne for a walk to Federation Square, where there will be a creative, fun, theatrical announcement of the new radioactive waste dump site. Make it in Ferguson’s backyard, not Muckaty’s!

Resources minister Martin Ferguson is planning to dump nuclear waste on Aboriginal land in the Northern Territory. Traditional Owner from the proposed site of Muckaty, Dianne Stokes says ‘All along we have said we don’t want this dump on our land but we have been ignored’.
